The Managing Director of Bond approached me initially in 2019 as he was setting up a new construction recruitment company.   I worked closely with him to ensure the brand reflected the personality of the business he envisaged.

I was tasked initially with creating an informational website which required a job board advertising roles in the construction industry which were available.  I sourced all imagery and presented my design options and once approved built the website over a 4 week period.  As the business grew, the look of the website was adapted in 2021 to suit their continued growth and additional services offered.  With new staff members coming on board, I provided training for the staff so they could update and upload new information/roles on a daily basis on the CMS system.

Other collateral I created were business cards, candidate registration forms, rate cards, cv templates and a new employee prospectus.
